State Farm routes you through claims managers that you are expected to literally call. They don't provide individual email addresses for said managers. It's like you're in a 2005 time machine. I had to leave a voicemail to tell the claims manager to just email me the settlement docs. It was ridiculous. They gave me a generic claims email address to try to explain my issue when he emailed me back. Great."
